About Us

Helena Campbell BSc MSc MISCP

Since qualifying as a chartered physiotherapist, Helena has worked extensively in private practice gaining a wealth of experience in all musculokeletal conditions and injuries. She has completed post graduate courses in the areas of dry needling, spinal manual therapy and pelvic girdle pain. She has also worked with numerous sports such as GAA, hockey, rugby, tennis and the Irish Women’s Volleyball team. Helena is very much a ‘hands on’ physiotherapist and will have you recovered from your aches and pains in no time!

Colin Phillips BSc MISCP

Colin’s undergraduate studies began with a 2 year Certificate in Applied physiology and Health Science in Carlow, Ireland. Following this he went on to study a further 3 year Honours Physiotherapy Degree programme at the University of Liverpool in England qualifying in 2006.

He is always keen to undertake postgraduate study and expand his knowledge base to improve his expertise. He has worked internationally as a Physiotherapist in Ireland, UK, Zambia, New Zealand & Australia.

Colin’s main area of expertise and experience is musculoskeletal physiotherapy with a particular interest in the diagnosis, management and prevention of acute sports injuries. He uses a variety of different treatment techniques including, deep tissue massage, manipulation, dry needling, Kinesio Taping and of course exercise prescription.

He believes that having such a variety of treatment options gives the best outcomes with patients as no 2 cases are ever the same. As an active sportsperson Colin understands the importance of being able to do things we enjoy without pain or discomfort.
