Hear From My Past Patients

Highly recommend. Helena is so attentive and understands what was going on with my back and my pain. Until I moved to the other side of Ireland, she was my physio for over 18 months. She kept me in check and was very obliging with my shedule.

Hear From My Past Patients

Helena at The Physiotherapy Centre is just excellent. A hand’s-on approach, with immediate relief. I’ve gone with two separate issues, and the change after just one session was amazing. Highly recommended.
