Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to get an appointment?
We can usually offer appointments within 24 hours. We open early mornings and late evenings!
How much does it cost for an appointment?

The cost is €60 for an appointment. We offer discounts to students (€55) and medical card holders (€50).

Do I need a referral from a Doctor to attend for physiotherapy?
No, you do not need a letter of referral to attend for physiotherapy.

However, if you have visited a doctor or another healthcare professional in relation to your problem, it would be helpful if you brought along any reports or documentation.

Is there parking at the clinic?
There is pay and display parking available right outside the door of the clinic and on all the surrounding streets.

There are also numerous public transport links to the clinic including buses and LUAS.

Is the clinic wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, we have one flight of stairs up to the clinic.

If you are unable to make it into the clinic because of this, let us know – we may be able to accommodate you with a home visit instead!

What should I wear to my appointment?
It is advisable that you wear loose comfortable clothing.

If you have a lower limb problem, it is a good idea to bring some shorts that you could change into. Likewise, for women, if you have an upper limb problem, it is a good idea to wear a string/sleeveless top.

What about payment?
We accept both cash and card as payments. Payment must be made after each appointment.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! Those with a valid medical card or student card can avail of the discounted rate of physiotherapy.
